Meet Glen – Turf Care Specialist
Glen’s turf journey began in 1994 when he moved to New York and started his career as a golf course superintendent. His early work at Stonegate Country Club at Summit Lake laid the foundation for what would become decades of hands-on mastery in professional turf management. He led projects at prestigious golf clubs including Oneida Community Golf Course, where he was responsible for full-course restoration. In 2014, Glen expanded his passion by launching the Deep Roots Golf Course Division, offering deep tine and core aeration services to golf courses throughout New York. His turf work at Colgate, Cedar Lake, and Cazenovia Country Clubs has cemented his reputation as a trusted expert in turf health and recovery.
From Golf Courses to Home Lawns
After decades managing pristine golf courses, Glen brought his advanced techniques and passion for turf to residential lawn care. Homeowners throughout Oneida, Manlius, Sherrill, and surrounding communities now benefit from his deep-rooted expertise. Whether it’s customized fertilization programs, seasonal weed treatments, or full aeration and overseeding services, Glen ensures every lawn he services is built to thrive. In 2023, Glen was called upon by Kanon Valley Golf Course after they suffered severe turf loss. Through tailored treatment plans and expert product application, he restored their greens—earning high praise from both club leadership and members.
